How It Works

 BY LAW  All funds raised must go to projects listed on the referendum.

 BY LAW   A six-member resident commission was formed to review proposed projects and develop the ballot question

 BY LAW   County Council then voted to adopt the commission’s recommendations and the ballot question

 BY LAW   If approved by voters on Election Day (November 7), the 1% Capital Penny Sales Tax will continue for another six years
